Jubilant Organosys allots 285270 shares on Exercise of Stock Options

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that at a Meeting of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors held on February 20, 2010, pursuant to exercise of 57,054 options, the Committee has approved transfer by Jubilant Employees Welfare Trust to the option holders of 285,270 equity shares of Re. 1 each at an exercise price of Rs. 201.33 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.320.40, up by Rs.2 or 0.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.325.65 and low of Rs.320.15.

The total traded quantity was 4525 compared to 2 week average of 95387.
