IDFC allots 94011 shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment at its meeting held on February 19, 2010, has allotted 94,011 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employee of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.151.30, down by Rs.3.60 or 2.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.155 and low of Rs.150.

The total traded quantity was 634145 compared to 2 week average of 827185.
