Polaris Software allots 63500 Equity Shares under ASOP Scheme

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated February 16, 2010 allotted 63,500 equity shares to the employees & directors of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan, 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.160.75, down by Rs.2.35 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.163.95 and low of Rs.160.10.

The total traded quantity was 25584 compared to 2 week average of 153306.
