ITC allots 3346080 Shares

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on February 15, 2010 has issued and allotted 33,46,080 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,34,608 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 15, 2010, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 380,44,02,880/- divided into 380,44,02,880 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.249, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.250.10 and low of Rs.245.35.
