HDFC allots 146269 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on February 18, 2010 has allotted 1,46,269 equity shares of Rs.10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 286,47,28,330 consisting of 28,64,72,833 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2454.20, down by Rs.21 or 0.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2471.80 and low of Rs.2447.30.

The total traded quantity was 43528 compared to 2 week average of 58256.
