Mold Tek Technologies to consider preferential issue on Feb 23, 2010

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2010, to consider the Issue of Shares / Warrants on Preferential basis.

The Board will also consider proposal to grant options to Employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.65, down by Rs.1.75 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.20 and low of Rs.70.65.

The total traded quantity was 2077 compared to 2 week average of 10859.
