Insul Electronics to acquire 50% in Satguru Infocorp Services, allots 25,00,000 warrants

Insul Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. The Board has decided to acquire 50% stake in Satguru Infocorp Services Pvt Ltd.

2. The Board has allotted for 25,00,000 convertible warrants issued on preferential basis to promoters groups and other investors.
