Kreon Finnancial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2010, inter alia, to consider raising of capital by way of preferential offer or otherwise of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.29, up by Rs.0.34 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.28 and low of Rs.6.76.
