OM Metals to issue 20 million shares to SSKI Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd

OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd on January 18, 2007 has announced that the Company has priced its offering of 20 million new equity shares in a Private Placement through the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route, at Rs 60 per share, raising Rs 1.2 billion. SSKI Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd acted as Joint Lead Managers to this transaction.
