Circuit Systems to consider preferential issue on Feb 18, 2010

Circuit Systems India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 18, 2010, to consider issue of Equity Shares to non-promoter and also to the promoters of the Company, in terms of applicable SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.85, down by Rs.0.16 or 1.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14 and low of Rs.13.85.
