Indusind Bank allots 27610 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 27,610 (Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Ten) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on Februaxy 10, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.151.10, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.55 and low of Rs.149.45.

The total traded quantity was 82307 compared to 2 week average of 412517.
