Indowind Energy to consider allotment of 40 lakh warrants

Indowind Energy Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2010, inter alia, considered the allotment of 40 lakh share warrants on preferential basis to its promoter group, subsequent to the approval from stock exchanges for the Same. These share warrants can be converted into equity during the currency of the share warrant period as per ICDR regulations of SEBI.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.45, up by Rs.3.40 or 7.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.15 and low of Rs.46.60.

The total traded quantity was 1409430 compared to 2 week average of 161303.
