Mphasis approves exercise of 9475 Stock Options

Mphasis Ltd has announced that the exercise of 9475 stock options have been approved by the ESOP Committee of the Company.

Under Scheme: 1998 Plan Version I & II - 800 Options were exercised, Under Scheme: ESOP 2000 plan - 4550 Options were exercised, Under Scheme: ESOP 2003 plan - 1500 Options were exercised and under scheme: ESOP 2004 plan - 2625 Options were exercised.

The terms and time period of exercise of the stock options is as per the relevant ESOP Schemes.

The stock was trading at Rs.722.70, up by Rs.15.50 or 2.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.731.55 and low of Rs.700.

The total traded quantity was 117315 compared to 2 week average of 150842.
