Amtek Auto allots 36541314 Equity Shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 09, 2010 have allotted 36541314 equity shares at Rs. 148.40/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 111.51 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.169.30, down by Rs.2.20 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.172.55 and low of Rs.167.10.
