Jyoti Structures to consider issue of NCDs on Feb 15, 2010

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2010, to consider issue of non-convertible debentures with detachable warrants carrying a right to subscribe to equity shares, on rights basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.165.90, up by Rs.1 or 0.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.168 and low of Rs.162.50.
