Vakrangee Softwares Ltd to consider preferential issue to promoters

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved Issue of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable fully convertible warrants on preferential basis only to 'Promoters & Promoters Group' of the Company.

The Board also cConsidered and approved the Notice and form of Postal Ballot for passing of resolution of issuance of Equity Shares or any other Financial Instrument with or without detachable / non-detachable fully convertible warrants on preferential basis only to 'Promoters & Promoters Group' of the Company by way of postal ballot and appointed M/s. S. K. Jain, Practicing Company Secretaries as scrutinizer for the same.

The stock was trading at Rs.68.25, up by Rs.1.35 or 2.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.35 and low of Rs.66.55.
