Modi Naturals to consider preferential issue on Feb 09, 2010

Modi Naturals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue of optionally convertible warrants on a preferential basis subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The Board will also consider convening of an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on March 05, 2010 for seeking shareholders approval in this regard.
