Avance Technologies allots equity warrants

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2010, has allotted the Convertible Equity Warrants issued on Preferential Basis to all the allottees, whose consideration for the said warrants have been received.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.4.25, down by Rs.0.22 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.55 and low of Rs.4.25.

The total traded quantity was 286258 compared to 2 week average of 1149031.
