HDFC allots 177638 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on February 04, 2010 has allotted 1,77,638 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 286,32,65,640 consisting 28,63,26,564 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2427.25, down by Rs.82.70 or 3.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2502 and low of Rs.2411.10.

The total traded quantity was 66579 compared to 2 week average of 93131.
