Suave Hotels allots 12.50 lakh shares

Suave Hotels Ltd the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2010, has considered and allotted 12,50,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on conversion of warrants which were earlier issued under in principle approved received from the stock exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.49, down by Rs.0.90 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51 and low of Rs.48.15.

The total traded quantity was 6030 compared to 2 week average of 12073.
