Lloyds Steel Industries to allot warrants to Promoter Group, IDBI Bank

Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd has announced that a Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on February 06, 2010 to allot Warrants of Rs. 10/- each to be later on converted into Equity shares to Promoter Group and Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to IDBI Bank Ltd. on preferential Basis.
