Axon Infotech approves allotment of 50 lakh shares

Axon Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2010, inter alia, has approved to allot 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to promoter and Non promoter Applicants at a price of Rs. 20/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 10/- per share) as per the list placed before the meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.25.95, up by Rs.0.75 or 2.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.45 and low of Rs.25.50.

The total traded quantity was 28349 compared to 2 week average of 26965.
