HDFC Bank allots 463741 equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 4,63,741 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.1619.75, up by Rs.34.75 or 2.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1629 and low of Rs.1576.25.

The total traded quantity was 119929 compared to 2 week average of 131309.
