Swan Mills defers proposal to issue securities

Swan Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2010, has deferred the agenda item to consider proposal to increase its Authorised Share Capital and to raise funds by further issue of securities in domestic / international markets through various instruments.

The stock was trading at Rs.145, down by Rs.5.20 or 3.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.50 and low of Rs.145.

The total traded quantity was 11486 compared to 2 week average of 26076.
