Glenmark Pharmaceuticals cancels 377100 stock options

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that at the Compensation Committee meeting held on January 29, 2010, the Committee has cancelled 377,100 stock options isused to the permanent employees purusat to ESOS 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.248.35, up by Rs.1.40 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.254 and low of Rs.244.50.

The total traded quantity was 67640 compared to 2 week average of 229279.
