Shrenuj & Company redeems FCCBs worth $7.5 million

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that on January 22, 2010, the Foreign Currency Convertible Bondholder has exercised 'Put' Option and accordingly the outstanding 7500 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of USD 1000 each amounting to USD 7.5 Million have been repaid by the Company. With this redemption the balance FCCBs stands cancelled.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.55, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.20 and low of Rs.36.90.

The total traded quantity was 35503 compared to 2 week average of 103633.
