GTL to raise Rs 1400 crore through NCD issue

GTL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at it meeting held on January 29, 2010, inter alia, has approved Private Placement of 14,000 Rated Redeemable Unsecured Rupee Non Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 1400 Crore to eligible investors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.407.65, down by Rs.0.60 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.408.20 and low of Rs.403.30.

The total traded quantity was 170620 compared to 2 week average of 169060.
