HSIL to raise upto Rs 150 crores

HSIL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2010, have decided to raise further capital under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 through private placement upto Rs. 150 crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.20, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81 and low of Rs.77.

The total traded quantity was 12906 compared to 2 week average of 43269.
