Yes Bank allots 38362709 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that in respect of issue of equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each in the Bank to QIBs under Qualified Institutions Placement in terms of Chapter VIII of the SEBI Regulations, the Capital Raising Committee has, decided to issue and allot on January 27, 2010, 38,362,709 Equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 269.50 per Equity share (including a premium of Rs 259.50 per Equity share), aggregating Rs 10,33.875 Crore.

The stock was trading at Rs.247.15, up by Rs.11.35 or 4.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.252.85 and low of Rs.237.

The total traded quantity was 608173 compared to 2 week average of 524791.
