Dewan Housing Finance allots 23382 equity shares

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2010, inter alia, have allotted 23,382 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2008.

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

With the aforesaid allotment the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 82,02,65,440/- divided into 8,20,26,544 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.191.45, down by Rs.15.50 or 7.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208 and low of Rs.188.

The total traded quantity was 128207 compared to 2 week average of 111246.
