Chromatic India reallots 56600 forfeited shares

Chromatic India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2010, have decided to forfeiture 56600 equity shares, partly paid up, on which Company has not received the calls money after due notices to the Shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, the above said 56600 equity shares have been re-issued to the Cheetah Multitrade Pvt. Ltd., (Promoter Company) at Rs. 65/- per Share.

Now, the promoter Company's Shareholding has been increased from 55.99% to 58.10%.

The stock was trading at Rs.46.40, down by Rs.2.40 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49 and low of Rs.46.40.

The total traded quantity was 1615 compared to 2 week average of 833.
