Simplex Trading to allot 25 lakh warrants

Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2010, and subject to the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on Septemebr 30, 2009, it has been decided to allot 25,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis.
