Thomas Cook allots 100000 Equity Shares under ESOP

Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide circular resolution dated January 18, 2010 allotted 100000 Equity Shares under the Thomas Cook Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 (ESOP).

The stock closed the day at Rs.71.70, down by Rs.1.55 or 2.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.50 and low of Rs.71.35.
