Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 656,688 equity shares on January 15, 2010, upon conversion of FCCBs aggregating USD 1 Mn, out of FCCBs aggregating to US$20 Mn issued pursuant to Offering Circular dated January 08, 2008.
