Willard India to consider allotment of shares on Jan 25, 2010

Willard India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2010, for approval of Allotment of Shares as per the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court.
