Strides Arcolab allots 13524 Equity Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that subsequent to the receipt of the requisite Court approvals for the amalgamation of Global Remedies Ltd. (GRL), Grandix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GPL), Grandix Laboratories Ltd. (GLL) and Quantum Remedies Pvt. Ltd. (QRPL) with Strides Arcolab Ltd., the Company has allotted 13,524 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- to the erstwhile shareholders of GPL and GLL.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 402,156,140 consisting of 40,215,614 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 402,291,380 consisting of 40,229,138 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.266.20, down by Rs.3.90 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.273.80 and low of Rs.264.55.

The total traded quantity was 77262 compared to 2 week average of 457872.
