Infotech Enterprises allots 58693 Shares upon Exercise of Stock Options

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee has allotted 58,693 shares to the associates of the Company upon exercise of stock options.

The stock closed the day at Rs.316, up by Rs.10.05 or 3.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.324.80 and low of Rs.311.
