Regency Trust allots 70 lakh shares

Regency Trust Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2010, inter alia, have allotted 7000000 equity shares to persons other than promoters at Rs. 14 per share on preferential basis. In principle approval from regulatory authority for the same has been received vide letter dated January 15, 2010.
