Crazy Infotech to consider raising funds on Jan 27, 2010

Crazy Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2010, to consider, discuss and decide on raising of funds through various resources viz., QIP / GDRs / Preferential allotment of equity shares, warrants to promoters or to any other persons or entities etc.

The Board will also consider forming a committee to proceed on the decision of the board for raising funds.

The Board will consider proposal of acquiring the business or the Company which is doing business in animation and IT products & services.

The Board will also approve notice calling Extra Ordinary General Meeting and date & time of the meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1.61. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.68 and low of Rs.1.61.
