Unichem Laboratories allots 1900 shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2010, has allotted and issued 1,900 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2004 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.340, up by Rs.7.95 or 2.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.342.85 and low of Rs.331.80.

The total traded quantity was 26250 compared to 2 week average of 25243.
