Regency Trust to consider allotment of 70 lakh shares on Jan 19, 2010

Regency Trust Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of 7000000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 4/- each to persons other than promoters on preferential basis.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.30.10, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32.05 and low of Rs.29.55.

The total traded quantity was 4100 compared to 2 week average of 14310.
