Usha Martin fixes QIP price at Rs 85.90

Usha Martin Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 14, 2010, regarding Outcome of Finance Committee Meeting, that the price per Equity Share is fixed at Rs. 85.90 each in respect of the Equity Shares to be issued to the Qualified Institutional Buyers under Qualified Institutional Placement (the "Issue").

The Stock closed the day at Rs.91.20, up by Rs.1 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.92 and low of Rs.88.

The total traded quantity was 298636 compared to 2 week average of 688677.
