Repro India allots 16000 Shares on exercise of ESOPs

Repro India Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee vide resolution passed by circulation dated January 18, 2010 has allotted 16,000 number of shares of Rs 10/- each on the exercise of 16000 stock options under the Repro India Ltd - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 adopted at the Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2006 ("said Scheme") to its employees converted under the said Scheme.

The Existing Issued and Paid up Capital: 10479149 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Shares allotted / increased by: 16000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Revised Issued and Paid up Capital: 10495149 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The new shares shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing capital.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.114.75, up by Rs.0.70 or 0.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.116.90 and low of Rs.113.50.

The total traded quantity was 39367 compared to 2 week average of 51816.
