Religare Enterprises allots 88630 Equity Shares Under ESOS

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on January 12, 2010, has allotted 88,630 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 7,66,61,101 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 76,66,11,010/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.394.85, down by Rs.5.55 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.400 and low of Rs.392.

The total traded quantity was 37629 compared to 2 week average of 41608.
