Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 12, 2010, has approved the proposal of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) up to an amount of INR 750 million, for augmenting medium to long term resources of the Company, including regular capital expenditure.
