ICICI Bank allots 31770 Equity Shares under ESOS

ICICI Bank Ltd (NYSE:IBN) has announced that the Bank has allotted 31,770 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 11, 2010 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.855.60, down by Rs.13.40 or 1.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.870 and low of Rs.849.20.
