JIK Industries to consider issue of bonds, shares on Jan 14, 2010

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of 3,00,00,000 Convertible Bonds to other than Promoter pursuant to BIFR Orders.

The Board will also consider issue of 80,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to Promoter Group / Associates pursuant to BIFR Orders.

The Stock was trading at Rs.19, down by Rs.0.30 or 1.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.60 and low of Rs.19.

The total traded quantity was 675 compared to 2 week average of 7820.
