HCL Infosystems allots 1675 Equity Shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on January 11, 2010 has allotted 1675 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (1375 shares at a premium of Rs. 105.63 & 300 share at a premium of Rs. 118.79) per shares, to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.159.80, up by Rs.0.55 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.161.80 and low of Rs.156.75.
