DS Kulkarni Developers to raise Rs 500 crores

DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2010, inter alia, have decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders to be held on February 08, 2010, seeking their approval for Raising long term funds through further issuance of securities of the Company, of an amount not exceeding Rs. 500 Crores, either through preferential issue and / or Qualified Institutions Placements and / or private placement or otherwise.

The stock was trading at Rs.76.95, up by Rs.1.90 or 2.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.50 and low of Rs.76.20.

The total traded quantity was 169765 compared to 2 week average of 102746.
