Minda Industries to consider raising funds on Jan 11, 2010

Minda Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 11, 2010, inter alia, to consider the raising of funds by way of issue of Securities on Preferential Basis.

The Board will also be considering the date of convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.285.20, up by Rs.11.30 or 4.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.321.20 and low of Rs.275.

The total traded quantity was 9961 compared to 2 week average of 29934.
